Pegs and bridge - stained cocobolo
Bridge - plum (prunus)
Fingerboard and belly edging - ebony (diospyros )
The instrument shown here was commissioned in 2007 by Rob Mackilllop on behalf of Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, where Rob is currently Musician in residence.
